eBook  – Full access to the Nielsen Local Market Report (eBook) for all markets purchased. The eBook contains summary level data for every station (commercial/non-commercial) that has achieved Nielsen’s Minimum Reporting Standard for that market.

Monthly Binder – RRC processes, produces and emails the following station specific reports every four weeks when new PPM data releases:

  • Vital Signs: A detailed look at estimates over the past 6 months and 6 month average including (but not limited to) P1, Ethnic Composition, and Panel Estimates.
  • Week-by-Week: The Cume of the station by week for the month.
  • Day-by-Day: The Cume of the station by day for the month.
  • Quarter-Hour by Quarter-Hour: The AQH of the station by quarter-hour for weekdays, Saturday and Sunday. This report compares the current month’s data with an average of the past 3 months of data.

Quarterly Binder – Each survey quarter (winter, spring, summer and fall), RRC processes, produces and emails the following station specific reports:

  • Topline Graphs with Trends: A one sheet snapshot of topline estimates over the past 6 survey quarters (or Holiday) for the station and market along with corresponding graphs for Share, AQH, Daily Cume, and Weekly Cume for the station.
  • Vital Signs: A detailed look at estimates over the past 6 months and 6 month average including (but not limited to) P1, Ethnic Composition, and Panel Estimates.
  • Share% by Hour: An hour-by-hour report of the station’s Share for weekdays, Saturday and Sunday for the survey quarter.
  • Audience Composition: The station’s audience composition for AQH, Daily and Weekly Cume for the survey quarter.
  • Week-by-Week: The Cume of the station by week for the month.
  • Day-by-Day: The Cume of the station by day for the month.
  • Quarter-Hour by Quarter-Hour: The AQH of the station by quarter-hour for weekdays, Saturday and Sunday. This report compares the current month’s data with an average of the past 3 months of data.
  • PUMM % vs 1 Year Ago: Persons Using Measured Media (PUMM) as a percentage of the metro population (otherwise known as AQH Rating). These estimates are shown by quarter-hour for weekdays, Saturday, and Sunday for the current survey quarter and the survey quarter from 1 year ago.

PPM SOFTWARE – After subscribing to the Base Package for PPM Data, stations have the choice of subscribing to various software applications.

PPM Analysis Tool Software – The primary software application for analyzing PPM data, ‘PAT’ is a desktop application. It’s the first choice for stations looking to access custom data (demographics, dayparts, geographies etc.). In most cases, it’s the best choice for a station’s programming research.

Tapscan Web – A web-based application that is designed with the underwriting/sales department in mind. This is the choice of many stations that are looking to get the most underwriting success out of their software.

PPM Weeklies – A desktop application that allows a station to receive weekly updates in advance of the monthly estimates. With this software/data purchase, a station also receives a weekly Weeklies Report that is processed by RRC.
