Joanne has been affiliated with RRC since its inception in 1981 and became President in 2005. In addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations of the RRC, Joanne negotiates with Nielsen on behalf of non-commercial radio and continues to use her knowledge and experience in data analysis to assist stations and organizations. Prior to joining RRC, Joanne worked for the Arbitron Company for ten years performing a variety of tasks including systems design and Manager of Production and Radio Market Reports. Joanne graduated from Trinity College, in Washington, DC with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
Carol joined the RRC as a part-time employee over 20 years ago and is now responsible for accounting, human resources, contract and order processing, general office administration and also assists with production. Carol graduated with a degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland, University College.
Manager of Client Services
Carl spends most of his time assisting non-commercial radio stations with analysis of Nielsen and Scarborough data, as well as with the use of software. Carl's experience includes forty years in broadcast research; most of those years spent in public radio research with some of that time at National Public Radio and nine years at Arbitron. Carl graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.A. in Radio, Television and Film.
Senior Project Manager
Lori joined the RRC in 1994 and has worked on everything from data processing to software design and project management. Lori managed the migration of ListenerPC software to the cloud and continues to improve that RRC staple. Currently, she is working on the renovation of RRC’s internal infrastructure and RRConline.org. In her spare time, Lori continues to process the data that stations receive. Lori graduated from Salisbury State University with a degree in Liberal Arts.
Manager, PPM Client Services
Dave assists non-commercial radio stations with the acquisition and analysis of Nielsen's PPM data. Dave served as Senior Training Specialist at Arbitron from 2000 to 2007 and his background in radio also includes sales and underwriting experience with several Baltimore area radio stations. He has also worked as an audio engineer and play-by-play announcer for several stations. Dave graduated from Towson University with a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications and did Graduate studies at Emerson College in Boston, MA.

Administration and Production
Maria joined the RRC in June 2014 as a part-time employee. Maria is an integral part of the PPM production process each month, assists in order processing and accounting and provides invaluable support for special projects
